Branding: Tru Talent
The Brief: To create a logo and brand identity system for recruitment specialists Tru Talent
The client had already put a lot of time into thinking about their brand positioning, mission statements and establishing their unique offerings which made it easier for me to gain a really good understanding of their positioning beforehand. I worked on the logo, a small space iteration and icon first before creating the colour scheme and visual for how the branding could be used.

The Results: A thoughtful, strong brand with a clear message
The logo really was the star of the show when creating this brand. After reading through the information provided I centred my approach around subtle ways to incorporate support and elevation into my concepts. The main idea being that both the staff and people finding new employment were feeling empowered and progressing.
